What the idea involves

Physical hub in the settlements. Mentorships / training – entrepreneurial support; minority diaspora funding model and share-holder / equity model.

What would it take to deliver it?

Part of a network of hubs. Stays in the settlement for as long as needed. Staffing includes mentors, volunteers, part-time experts. Maintenance staff, office manager, technician, engagement app (diaspora and on the scene) main mentor.
